About Leah Thorvilson:
Leah Thorvilson is a runner and cyclist, as well as a content programmer for the greatest fitness gaming company on the planet, Zwift. A former elite marathon runner, she has competed in over 40 marathons including the 2012 Olympic Trials. She is best known in Arkansas for winning the Little Rock Marathon 5 times between 2009 and 2014. After being sidelined with injuries sustained from running, she took up cycling and entered a competition on Zwift where she won a pro cycling contract to race on the Women’s World Tour (think, Tour de France level for women, but before there was a Tour de France FOR women… there IS now! ) While that career was short lived, it lead to a community and a career that she never could have dreamt of otherwise. She also is crazy as fuck and has attempted a Guiness World Record for the fastest 5k ever completed on crutches, and is world renowned (not really, but hey, I’m embellishing) for her incredible knowledge of snacks from around the globe.
