Its getting better…
My last 3 events have gone better. Even though I have yet to win, the good news is that I have finally given myself a SHOT at contending and I have played progressivly better even in Canada.
My ball striking is finally coming around to where I can trust that where I want the ball to go, it goes. I feel confident that I can again hit 14-16 greens per round. I have always felt confident in my putting; however lately in final rounds I have been pushing too hard to make birdes happen and not just let them happen. The dreaded 3 putts have cost me dearly in my last few events due to trying to sink the first ones and then leaving 5-10ft, which as everyone knows dont go in every single time. However, even though im not happy with the end result finishes I do see my game progressing. I realize I need to be more patient!! I want it so much, but I think im finally getting that pushing does NOT work. My personality makes this a hard concept, but I know that without change it wont happen.
Right now I have 12 days off to work hard for my next events. I will be playing the Michigan Womens Open then after driving to Hamilton for the CPGA Womens Championship.
Since I did not qualify through the Canadian tour for the Canadian Womens Open in Calgary, I will do my best to finance coming up to Canada for the qualifier in August. I would love to be able to represent Edmonton and Canada in the only Canadian LPGA event.
Thank you again to all that support me!!! I appreciate it so much and I hope to make you proud of a winning professional soon.

In reading the last blog you sound focused - certainly are headed toward success. Draw on these past couple of good finishes to push forward. Good luck in the next weeks …. …. …. one shot at a time
